BFC has established a distribution program with negotiated rates for our franchisees. Our system distributors provide food and supply deliveries to the restaurants across the US. BFC manages inventory levels with our system distributors as well as monitoring their performance levels. International franchisees can also tap into our US supply chain where this is advantageous to them.
BFC sources quality ingredients for our restaurants and manages our strategic supplier initiatives with our approved supplier partners. Leveraging our system volume and ensuring that high quality ingredients are consistently available is important to maintaining our brand’s reputation for chef driven food and also enables us to develop system pricing where it is most advantageous to the brand.
