Applicants must have a minimum net worth of $5,000,000.
Initial Fees
- Area Development Fee is $50,000 USD
- Master Agreement Ranges from $200,000 to $1,000,000 USD (Depends on the size of the Master Territory)
- Royalty is 5% of gross sales
- Production Fund is 1% of gross sales
Required Documentation and Procedures
- Completed franchise application
- Verifiable evidence of financial performance and sustainability, including:
- For new partnerships and corporations, personal financials for each partner, including statements verifying assets
- For existing entities with operating history, audited financial statements for most recent fiscal year and three years prior
