MANDAN, N.D. – The famous Bennigan’s restaurant is planning to come to Mandan. The franchise will offer Mandan another sit down casual-dining option.
The restaurant is still finalizing the development schedule, but Bennigan’s is planning to open near Comfort Inn on 27th Street in Mandan. The chain will offer its world famous Monte Cristo and their baby back ribs.
“We have a new prototype now, which will be in Mandan. It incorporates some of the nostalgic elements of Bennigan’s, but also with of course some of the newer trends that are going on within the restaurant industry,” said Gwen Mangimele, co-owner of Legendary Restaurant Brands.
The new franchise will bring more economic development to the area.
Bennigan’s plans to open May of 2018.
